Organic Raisins Seedless

Ingredients: Organic seedless raisins, organic sunflower oil

Raisins are dried, seedless grapes, very sweet and slightly larger than sultanas generally.

They are a great addition to cereals and cooking and a tasty treat for snacks and lunch boxes.

Raisins:

• High in iron
• Rich in potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus
• Traces of zinc, manganese and copper
• Some B vitamins
• Good source of quick energy

The Raisins we have at the moment contain organic sunflower oil. We always try to get dried fruit without added oil, but sometimes cannot.

NOTE: Sulphur free. As with most dried fruit it is important to increase water intake with consumption. Also, dried fruit in comparison to fresh fruit may have a lower vitamin and mineral content and has a higher concentration of it's natural sugars.
