Mangoes are cultivated in many tropical regions and is used extensively for fruit, juice, flavour,
fragrance and colour.
Mango:

Contains vitamins A, C and E (particularly high in beta-carotene the precursor to vitamin A)

Rich in zinc, magnesium and potassium
These dried mango strips are rich and flavoursome, providing a delicious and energy-rich snack for
all occasions.
The current batch we have in are very sweet and fresh.
NOTE: Preservative Free. As with most dried fruit, an increase in water consumption is
recommended. Also, dried fruit in comparison to fresh fruit may have a lower vitamin and mineral
content and has a higher concentration of it's natural sugars.
