Ingredients: sun-dried organic tomatoes and salt

These are a dry product, they aren't in oil and are salty in flavour.

Tomatoes:

• Contain the antioxidant licopene, essential for good health particularly for the male reproductive system
• Trace amounts of vitamin C, A and B vitamins
• Some Biotin, zinc and calcium

Use them in cooking or toss into salads as is or soak them in your choice of oil, herbs and spices etc.
