Organic Shredded Coconut

Coconuts are the nuts of the Coconut Palms that are spread across much of the tropics. Origins of
the palm are still undecided. Coconut is extremely nutritious and rich in fibre, oils, vitamins and
minerals. However, because this has been heat treated to dry it, it looses some of it's vitamin
and mineral content.
Shredded coconut is not as fine as the desiccated coconut but again is great in cooking and baking,
mixing in with cereals etc.
NOTE: Contains no sulphur dioxide.
