Great caffeine free alternative to coffee - rich and flavoursome.
Directions: Roasted Dandelion can be made up similar to roasted coffee - in a plunger, espresso
machine, percolator etc or simply boil up with water on the stove top. You do not need as much
dandelion root as you would coffee - for 2 cups only 1 - 1.5 tsp or more if in a plunger. You'll
need to experiment to get the right strength for you.
