Organic Chamomile Flower Tea

Chamomile tea has been used for centuries as a gentle relaxant to calm the nervous system, sooth gastrointestinal disorders and ease menstrual cramps.

Often taken before bed to assist sleep, this light, apple-flavoured tea is made from daisy like flowers of either German Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) or Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile).
