Organic Austrian Pepitas will Sprout
Ingredients: organic pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
Pepita (more commonly known as pumpkin seeds) are the edible seeds of a pumpkin or other
squash.
Pepitas are usually eaten raw, or roasted (however higher nutritional value when eaten raw). Great
as a snack with other nuts and seeds or added to salads and breakfast cereal.
Pepitas:

High in zinc (therefore great for the male reproductive system), iron, calcium and
phosphorus

Contains potassium and manganese
