Long grain brown rice biodynamically is grown without the use of any harmful chemicals.
Whole natural organic grain partly milled is a very nutritious type of rice. The outermost layer is
removed to produce the long grain rice. Very rich with B vitamins and minerals, in conjunction with
lentils or beans make up a complete protein.
Brown rice retains the the bran and that's why has a high nutritional value.
Cook like Normal short brown rice, is not as stick, perfect for curries, indian or a lentil/bean
