Organic Amaranth Grain will Sprout
Amaranth is and ancient grain of the Mayans and Aztecs of the Americas. The grain is fairly new to
the western world.
It is used well as a breakfast cereal or served as a grain with other vegetables or food; use it
much like rice.
Cooking suggestion: Rinse first then dry roast before cooking.
