Organic Garam Masala

Garam means 'spices' and Masala means 'blend' therefore, Garam masala is a basic blend of ground
spices that are common in Indian and South Asian cuisines for curries and meat dishes and is usually
sweeter than curry powders. Although the spices may differ it should always have the same taste
characteristics.
Ingredients vary but commonly include peppercorns, cloves, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise or
fennel and coriander.
