Extra Virgin Organic Olive Oil

There are several different commercial grades of olive oil. Virgin olive oil is manufactured from
whole, undamaged olives without heat or chemical treatment, meaning that it retains many of the
beneficial nutritional components unique to olives. Extra virgin olive oil is produced from the
highest quality olives under strict production guidelines. Refined olive oil means the oil has
undergone heat and/or chemical processing, thus losing many of its nutritional benefits.
