Butter chicken
This mild blend of Indian spices will create a delicious homemade Butter
Chicken dish.
Serving suggestion: Add 3 cloves of garlic, 1 teaspoon of ginger & 1
onion all finely chopped to butter or Ghee & fry. Add 2 tablespoons of Butter Chicken mix & stir
until fragrant. Add 500g of chicken thighs cut into quarters, once browned add 2 tins of chopped
tomatoes or tomato puree & 1/2 cup of water. Simmer until chicken cooked then add 1/2 cup of
thickened cream & simmer a further 10 minutes. Season & serve with Basmati rice, yoghurt, fresh
coriander & toasted almond slithers. Enjoy!
Use approximately 1/2 tablespoon of Butter chicken mix per
person.
